ima.copilot is a strategic AI product developed by Tencent, designed to help users explore, organize, and interact with knowledge through intelligent Q&A and multimodal experiences. With a growing user base of over 15 million MAUs, it supports use cases in productivity, content creation, and cultural education.
In this project, I contributed to the redesign of the Knowledge Base system, including feature design, usability enhancements, and a cultural collaboration with the Palace Museum to make domain knowledge more accessible and engaging to the general public.

CareMi is a digital platform designed to support Alzheimer’s caregivers by providing tools for patient management, community connections, and access to mental health and educational resources.
It aims to simplify caregiving while enhancing efficiency and reducing stress for caregivers.

Refining L4 Autonomous Driving Takeover Processes
Sep 2023 NDA
This project improved the Level 4 highway pilot takeover process through iterative testing and feedback. The first version’s quiz-based confirmation, while safe and intuitive, lacked convenience.
Insights led to a redesigned second version, enhancing efficiency and user experience in this cutting-edge autonomous driving system.
